Property Building in Royal Ramblas
The location was PERFECT! Right on La Rambla and just a very short distance to the Metro. Grocery store was 2 doors down. We requested (and received) a room with a view to La Rambla and were not disappointed. The room was very well equipped and the beds/pillows comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and did not hear any noise from the street or the other rooms. We did not eat breakfast at the location so I cannot provide feedback on this subject. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We we asked for a map, we received a very detailed map and not one from a bus tour company. We would stay here again.

The staff was exceptional. Extremely helpful in answering all questions. I also had an incident where a backpack was stolen and the police became involved. Fortunately all my belongings were retrieved and the police made an arrest. The young lady at the front desk helped a great deal with this process and also acted as an interpreter with the police. Very pleased with the staff & the hotel. In addition, the breakfast each morning was excellent.

The location was perfect. 1 min walk to the metro station. 2 min walk to the bus station. Very good restaurant (la pooma) with 10% discount for the hotel guests. Star Bucks 100m away. A lot of restaurants can be found in a circle of 400m. 750m (11 min) walk, you can find (Plaça Reil) where you can can find tens of good restaurants.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We had arranged for an airport transfer and needed an infant car seat, and the transfer company failed us but the Royal Ramblas staff came through by getting us a Taxi with a car seat in under 10 minutes!! So happy with them, and their hotel and their location!!

Our room for 2 adults and a 15yr old was very comfortable, big enough where we were not falling over each other The position is very central to everything, the staff were professional, polite, and helpful. The breakfast lived up to the quality of the hotel. We will return for a 3rd time.
