At exactly one o'clock, we arrived at the hotel and completed the hotel check-in procedures. The bags were placed at the reception until the room was ready and a quick tour was taken in the Ramblas streets. At exactly three o'clock in the afternoon, a message was received from the hotel stating that the room was ready, the room number and the door secret number. Upon arrival at the hotel, the bags were placed in the room by the reception team. A super excellent hotel, the room is spacious and clean, the bed is excellent and the bathroom is excellent, there is a bidet water hose and great air conditioning. The breakfast is varied and delicious, the location is in the heart of the city, there are many halal restaurants near the hotel and close to the marina, shopping and some tourist attractions. Easy check-out from the hotel was finally. Whoever is looking for excellence, comfort and cleanliness stays in this hotel,,,, I will stay again in the future. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with promptness and a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with modern amenities, providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows, which made for restful nights. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated, making it easy to explore the local attractions and dine at nearby restaurants. I was particularly impressed with the concierge service, which provided excellent recommendations and assisted in making my stay more enjoyable. Overall, was outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and convenience. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.

We opted for the newly refurbished rooms and I'm so pleased we did. The facilities were exceptional. Despite being on Las Ramblas, the rooms have fantastic sound proofing (I'm a very light sleeper) and slept so well. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was plush and the toilet has a convenient little hose for personal hygiene. The hotel also have a water filter tap so you can top up on water. We didnt have breakfast as we were very central and breakfast was cheaper around us. The location is in walking distance to many of the main attractions and/or tube. Also, the hotel smells wonderful as soon as you enter the lobby. On our final day we had a late flight, we requested a late checkout which the hotel was kind to facilitate (small charge). I would definitely re-book here if I was coming back, without hesitation. All the staff are so pleasant
